At Veselco Stone Kitchen Remodeling, we stand behind the quality of our materials, fabrication, and installation services. This Warranty Policy outlines what is covered, what is not covered, and how customers can request service should an issue arise.
Material Warranty
Veselco provides a limited material warranty that covers damages occurring during the fabrication and installation process.
What Is Covered
During fabrication and installation, if any material is:

Damaged, chipped, or cracked

Manufactured incorrectly
-
Delivered defective
-
Cut or handled improperly by our team
We will repair the issue when possible, or replace the affected material at no additional cost to the customer.
Duration of Coverage
Material coverage begins at the time the materials are received and ends once installation is complete. After installation is finished and signed off, this material warranty expires.
Installation Warranty
Veselco provides a limited installation warranty that covers issues directly resulting from workmanship during the initial install.
What Is Covered
If, during installation, a customer identifies:

Misaligned cabinets
-
Uneven countertops
-
Improper leveling
-
Cracks, chips, or defects caused by installer handling
-
Any workmanship errors affecting the final appearance or functionality

Veselco will correct the issue promptly at no cost.
Duration of Coverage
Installation coverage applies only during the installation process. Once the job is completed, inspected, and accepted by the customer or their representative, installation warranty coverage ends.
Veselco’s Responsibility for Manufacturer Warranties
Veselco handles all warranty claims related to:

Cabinet manufacturers
-
Stone suppliers
-
Tile and flooring manufacturers
-
Related product defects discovered prior to or during installation
Customers do not need to contact manufacturers directly. Veselco will manage the process on their behalf.
What is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by the customer after installation
-
Damage caused by other contractors, trades, or service providers
-
Issues resulting from plumbing, electrical, or demolition work (services Veselco does not perform)
-
Natural wear and tear
-
Incorrect cleaning products, chemical exposure, or misuse
-
Natural characteristics of stone including veining, color variation, or surface pattern differences
-
Water damage, appliance leaks, or structural issues unrelated to Veselco’s work
-
Damage resulting from customer modifications or repairs made by third parties
Once the project is complete, any new damage or issues unrelated to initial installation are the responsibility of the homeowner.
Returns and Order Changes
All material orders are final once placed.
Due to the custom nature of stone fabrication, cabinetry, and specialty materials:

No returns, refunds, or cancellations are permitted after materials have been ordered.

Customers are responsible for verifying selections prior to purchase.

No other warranties, expressed or implied, extend beyond those described in this document.
Acceptance of Terms
By proceeding with a project through Veselco Stone Kitchen Remodeling, customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Warranty Policy.
